5. Continuous Data Protection: This feature enables files to be backed automatically at the time when there are changes to files on local hard disks.

   The benefits of using CDP are:

   1.       All intra-day interim changes are backed up automatically. Even if the server (or main computer) breaks down completely before users or RBS had the chance to backup their data at the end of the day, all changes within the day have been backed up safely by CDP and no data are lost.

   2.       Since CDP tracks all changes of files on the server (or main computer) local hard disk automatically, all files changed by the users are automatically backed up no matter where the files are located on the local hard drive(s). This makes defining a backup set a much easier task for both administrators and users.

6. Custom Backup Plans: Create your own backup system customized to your specific needs using our products and expertise. Our backup products can be installed at your location. With a signed contract, rates will not increase without 30 day written notice to monthly customers. The right is reserved to refuse service to Customer and to cancel service within 30 days written notice. In the event service is cancelled or refused, Customer is not liable for charges for the previous 30 days. Customers discontinued for non-payment are subject to a reactivation fee equal to one month's service. Customer assumes all responsibility for telecommunications charges, long distance calls, and toll calls.
